The ideal candidate will have experience in medical device manufacturing, cleanroom operations, and high-precision assembly. You will be expected to follow established protocols, adhere to quality standards, and complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble cartridges, reagent kits, and other components per standard operating procedures (SOPs)Operate high vacuum chambers, assembly automation, and line manufacturing equipmentMaintain compliance with cGMP, FDA, and ISO manufacturing standardsAccurately document activities in both printed and digital recordsReview and complete device manufacturing records and work ordersAssist in troubleshooting line issues and recommend process improvementsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing floor and workstationsCollaborate effectively in a team-based production environmentSupport multiple projects or production lines as neededQualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 2 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environmentExperience with cleanroom procedures and assembly of medical devices preferredFamiliarity with cGMP, ISO, and FDA standards requiredTechnical SkillsHands-on experience with vacuum chambers, assembly automation, and PCB handlingAbility to perform precision manual alignmentsComfortable handling delicate materials and operating under sterile conditionsProficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based documentation systemsGeneral SkillsStrong attention to detail and quality orientationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-directed and organized with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamAble to adapt to changing priorities and cross-train across processesProblem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and communicate process inefficienciesAdditional RequirementsFlexibility to work early morning or afternoon shifts as required by production scheduleWillingness to be cross-trained on multiple processes with minimal supervisionMust be eligible to work in the United StatesHow to Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience.
