Network Engineer

What is the job: The network expert team is part of the customer services group, as a network Engineer will act as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and onboarding team for technical network issues. What will you do? ·

Assist in incident response and support customers during network events and attacks. ·

Work with network architects, engineering, and R&D on infrastructure improvements. ·

Actively monitor, react, and troubleshoot system events and alerts. ·

Investigate and resolve network-related issues. ·

The position requires on-call duties.
