Job Summary:
As a core member of the Engagement & Infrastructure team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping public policy efforts through advanced data analysis and audience curation. This role demands a unique blend of analytics expertise to inform political, compliance, and reputational marketing strategies, utilizing a diverse technology stack. You will be responsible for enhancing our policy advocacy by making informed decisions based on data-driven insights and supporting various marketing campaigns to ensure voice is heard in the short-term rental regulatory discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Curate custom marketing audiences and launch optimized outbound marketing campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-product messaging). Utilize behavior-based criteria to personalize engagements and maintain channel integrity. Provide proactive insights to evolve marketing strategies, besides offering reactive analytical support. Manage external data integration for Policy stakeholders within databases and marketing platforms. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Science and Engineering, to advocate for Policy marketing and communications data needs.
Must Have Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and Tableau. Experience in creating and analyzing custom marketing audiences. Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and marketing campaign performance.
Industry Experience Required:
Prior experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and familiarity with B2C or political/advocacy marketing is essential.
