We are growing rapidly and looking for a strategic, results-driven Retail Program Coordinator to lead and scale our retail initiatives.

What You Will Do Serve as the primary in-store representative of NOCO, acting as the face of the brand at partner retail locations. Build strong relationships with store associates, managers, and customers to drive engagement and trust. Be physically present in stores as needed to support sales, answer customer questions, and promote NOCO solutions. Lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing management of NOCO's retail programs. Develop and oversee seasonal campaigns, product launches, and in-store promotional events. Train and coach retail staff to ensure consistent product knowledge and promotion execution. Partner with Supply Chain to manage inventory flow, product placement, and in-store visibility. Collaborate with Marketing to align creative assets and messaging across retail locations. Monitor sales metrics, customer feedback, and partner performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present performance reports and insights to leadership and stakeholders. Create scalable tools, resources, and processes to grow retail programs efficiently. Manage program budgets and evaluate spend effectiveness across initiatives. What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in program or account management, preferably within the retail or HVAC industry. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively manage relationships and initiatives. Proficiency with CRM systems, retail analytics platforms, and performance tracking tools. Willingness and ability to travel to retail partner locations and industry events. Familiarity with HVAC products and services is strongly preferred. Valid NYS Driver's License What We Offer
