Description:

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions. Create detailed technical designs that align with the clients' short and long-term needs and leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integration with third-[arty technologies effectively. Design quality assurance plans and ensure that the technical deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices. Ensure end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow that follows industry best-practice. The Senior ServiceNow Architect ensures customers use leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations and the health of the platform. Participate in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, requirement gathering, design, development, documentation, and rollout phases while ensuring that product users are aware of, understand and adhere to systems security policies and procedures. Serves as subject matter expert for ServiceNow platform responsible for the overarching technical oversight, architecture, and construction efforts. Serves as advocate for the ServiceNow platform, utilizing best practices in solution design and architecture. Working with engineers, developers and platform owners to set the platform's technical direction and strategic objectives. Develops effective governance, oversees technical resources, mitigates risk, monitors quality, security, etc., and ensures success in the execution of these areas. Provides solution architecture, documents design, codes, develops program logic for new applications, analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications and ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. Advises on and recommend options, risks, impacts and alternatives on business processes and technical architecture. Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certifed System Administrator with multiple ServiceNow implementations across domains (e.g. ITOM, ITBM) in the ServiceNow Administrator role. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist with multiple ServiceNow implementations / staff positions in the ServiceNow Implementer role across the full spectrum of capabilities, including, but not limited to domain separation, integrations with other systems, continuous integration continuous deployment, multi-team parallel capability deployments, and management of platform technical debt. 8+ years of demonstrated experience with multiple ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades. Demonstrated experience and familiarity with maintaining required information security controls for the platform. 4+years of demonstrated experience as an architect, leading platform design sessions, performing design reviews, familiarity with architect frameworks, and publishing platform standards and design models. 3+ years of demonstrated experience with common services data model and ServiceNow data models, applying data governance strategy and considerations to maximize reuse of common data elements and to maintain high data quality. 8+ years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow product development lifecycle processes. Skill in ServiceNow solution architecture including ServiceNow development. Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and ITAM suite of applications. Ability to design, architect and confgure multiple applications/modules in the ServiceNow platform. Ability to design, architect and con?gure integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications. Knowledge of interpreting and applying federal and Corporation information security policies and information security principles, concepts, standards, practices, techniques, and methods. Knowledge of ServiceNow integration solutions including SSL, REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, SOAP, SCP, FTPS, JSON. Knowledge of web technologies and networking including XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP, etc.). Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range:

$170,000-200,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
