Job Description: The RD&E Systems and Analytics role applies qualitative or quantitative analytical techniques to analyze data and/or information obtained from internal data sources. Data/Information will focus on portfolio analytics, sustainability initiative tracking and catalogue data validation. Analyst will use data/information and cross-functional collaboration to develop reports, analytics, and systems enhancements; solve problems; or support management/business' goals for portfolio improvement and direction. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in an analytics or similar field.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years in a data analyst, or similar, role 2. Proven ability to shift responsibilities seamlessly, flexibility 3. Proven ability to create organized reports based off data they've pulled and continue to adjust based off manager's needs and preferences 4. Ability to communicate well among cross functional teams to prioritize tasks. Must be able to pivot quickly and effectively.
TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES : Power BI - Ability to navigate and create reports Power App - Basic knowledge for navigation and export
INTERVIEW FORMATTING : 2 interviews. First to be video or phone, second to be onsite.
