Job Overview:
The part-time Test Proctoring Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Learning & Accessibility Services and is responsible for coordinating all logistical details for the exam proctoring process. The Test Proctoring Coordinator is also the main point of communication for exam proctors, faculty, students, and office coordinators.
This position is fully remote, though one hour of in-person training is required during onboarding process. Position is generally 5-10 hours/week with variability based on number of test requests throughout the semester. Peak hours are around the midterm and final exam times of the semester. This position pays $20-21/hour.
Responsibilities: Provide consistent oversight and management of incoming exam requests in a timely manner. Communicate in a timely manner with faculty, proctors, and students with testing date, time, and location. Schedule coverage for exams that have not been assigned a proctor. Respond to faculty and proctor questions and communicate with the director as needed when issues arise. Identify and reserve spaces in which exams can be proctored. Qualifications:
BA required Strong written communication skills Adept with technology, especially the Google suite and Outlook
Physical Requirements:
The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 10 pounds.
