You will lead cross-functional project coordination, oversee the tracking of key technology delivery milestones, and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT. With a focus on transparency, structure, and agility, this role ensures streamlined project intake, responsive support, and successful execution of enterprise-wide digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

Owns the upkeep and communication of project dashboards, key milestones, and risk/action logs to ensure visibility and accountability across stakeholders Partners with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals Leads the intake and prioritization of project requests, driving clarity, feasibility assessments, and alignment with strategic objectives Drives change management initiatives by guiding stakeholders through engagement, training, and communication to maximize technology adoption and minimize disruption Standardizes reporting and communication tools to ensure consistent project tracking, enhance visibility, and support informed decision making across IT programs PERKS & BENEFITS

Qualifications

5+ years in project or program management (IT preferred) Proven ability to communicate effectively with executives and manage diverse stakeholder groups Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies Familiarity with collaboration and project tracking tools like Trello, Microsoft Teams, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred. Agile/Scrum certifications a plus. Proven experience managing cross-functional IT and digital projects, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment Strong understanding of enterprise systems (e.g., Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Product Information Management (PIM), Warehouse Management System (WMS) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to translate technical plans into business-facing updates and deliverables Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable navigating matrixed organizations Demonstrated ability to manage intake, prioritize demand, and track success metrics Up to 10% travel domestically and internationally
