SUIMMARY:
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to help define and contribute to the success of our Multi Product Platform. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, reliable, detailed, customer focused and driven to produce high quality work. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You will work with development teams, business teams, and external partners as you develop and communicate shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution Owner of several significant portions of the product's functionality controlling all aspects of future iterations to optimize the business value of each area Provide product leadership to a vibrant team of engineers and designers during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases Communicate with external stakeholders regularly to unblock, communicate, and translate feedback bidirectionally about the progress Measure and review data on product changes to determine the need to iterate further Understand OneMain's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that drive the business forward, balancing both short- and long-term goals Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are expected
QUALIFICATIONS: Mandatory Skills:
At least 6+ years of experience building and optimizing digital consumer products, ideally in fintech, lending, e-commerce, or conversion-focused experiences A passion for building application flows that are intuitive, high-converting, and mobile-first Deep understanding of funnel metrics, experimentation, user segmentation, and traffic source dynamics Familiarity with affiliate marketing or SEO-driven acquisition; bonus for working directly on referral/partner-based flows Hands-on experience across the product lifecycle-from strategy and discovery to delivery and iteration Strong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders across marketing, engineering, operations, legal, and leadership Experience with experimentation and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely Visual Editor and Full Stack) Data fluency: comfortable interpreting dashboards, collaborating with analysts, and using metrics to inform decisions Desired Skills:
Experience in lending or regulated financial products Familiarity with affiliate attribution systems, UTMs, pixel tracking, or partner integration workflows Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
