Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - Glass & Panel Systems
Location: Southeast Region, U.S.

Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with experience in glass/glazing, panel products, and curtainwall systems. You'll support project planning and execution while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities: • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and execution • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors • Track milestones, budgets, and deliverables • Prepare submittals, review shop drawings, and manage RFIs/ASIs • Support risk management and project documentation • Juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications: • 2+ years' experience in construction or project coordination (glass/panel preferred) • Working knowledge of construction processes and documents • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Degree or certification in construction/project management preferred
