Your role: •Maintain and monitor the entire IT infrastructure, working alongside a 16-person IT team. •Set up, configure, and maintain various IT systems, ensuring optimal performance. •Provision new servers, troubleshoot IT issues, and support backup infrastructure. •Get hands-on experience with SANs, servers, firewalls, hypervisors, and data protection appliances. •Recommend new technologies, software, hardware, and services to improve the company's IT systems. •Keep the team up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge through training and workshops.
What you'll need: •3-5 years of experience in systems and network administration on Windows Server platforms. •Expert knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and the MS Office Suite. •Intermediate knowledge of network design, WAN/LAN, Exchange, Office365, and Active Directory. •Familiarity with AWS or Azure is a plus but not required. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box. •Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
