Job Description:
As a Data Analyst / Data Visualization Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support strategic initiatives. This role focuses on designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to clearly communicate insights to stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve performance, and enable data-informed decision-making through compelling data storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing large datasets from internal and external sources Design and support interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or JMP Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with applicable government regulations Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret and present data in an accessible and meaningful format
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and data modeling Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and data storytelling techniques Ability to effectively communicate insights and solve problems in a collaborative environment Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver accessible visual reports Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and compliance Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
