Overview

We are currently seeking talented Intermediate Designers/Project Leads who are passionate about institutional project types.
Key Qualifications:
Collaborative team player.
Proficient in various 3D modeling software.
Experienced in technical detailing and documentation.
Strong design and graphic sensibility.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Creative problem-solver.
Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
Preferred Experience: 4-8 years in design and construction (candidates with 2-4 years may also apply).
Experience in Higher Education, Science & Technology, and Institutional projects is preferred.
Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Architecture is required.
Proficiency in Revit/BIM production is required.
Familiarity with other 3D modeling programs (such as Rhino) is preferred.
Professional license within the State of California is a plus.
LEED certification is preferred.
