Work Schedule 1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Responsibilities Design minor electrical circuits and test/troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits for machine and equipment control Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems Install electrical and electronic controls using schematics or blueprints Demonstrate knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems Perform basic mechanical repairs Perform tasks and support lower-level roles as needed; may direct their work Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective parts such as brushes and armatures Monitor and evaluate installed electrical equipment for performance and safety Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions Layout, assemble, install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, equipment, wiring, and new services (e.g., panels, breakers, conduit) Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures and complete circuits as per specifications Repair, install, and test electrical circuits using appropriate tools and testing instruments Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Group Leader
Qualifications Associate degree (2 years) and 2-4 years of relevant work experience required Proficiency in computer use for parts lookup and CMMS data entry
Job Requirements Ability to stand for long periods, sit, bend, stoop, and use manual dexterity Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds (confirmed via pre-employment physical) Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Required Skills & Experience Experience in designing and troubleshooting electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic circuit troubleshooting Skilled in interpreting schematics and blueprints for installations Knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems Capable of performing basic mechanical repairs Able to interpret blueprints and follow sketches or verbal instructions
