Job Description
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of tilt wall and light industrial construction projects from pre-construction to completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to establish project goals and expectations. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or changes to maintain quality standards. Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders as required. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
