Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Integrate data storage solutions like PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer. Strong proficiency in Ruby, Rails framework, and related technologies. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular is a plus. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and Agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
