Junior Full Stack Engineer - Front-End Focused

We're looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer with a passion for modern web development to join our early engineering team. In this role, you'll focus primarily on building user-facing features using React and TypeScript, while also contributing to our NestJS/Node.js backend APIs.
You'll work closely with our founding team and senior engineers to ship core features, improve UX, and help shape the foundation of our AI-powered platform. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer eager to grow in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment while learning full-stack development at an early-stage startup.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain intuitive UIs using React and TypeScript Implement and consume APIs using NestJS, Node.js, and PostgreSQL Collaborate on design decisions, user workflows, and product improvements Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews Translate product and business requirements into functional features Contribute to UI/UX improvements and performance optimization Learn from senior engineers while contributing to technical discussions and architecture Work in cross-functional teams in agile development sprints What You'll Need
2-4 years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer Strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript Solid experience with React and component-based front-end architectures Experience with Node.js and back-end development (RESTful APIs, async flows) Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases Comfort working in fast-paced environments with high autonomy Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have
Experience with NestJS, MikroORM, or similar TypeScript back-end frameworks Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, containers, CI/CD pipelines) Familiarity with Playwright, Jest, or other testing frameworks Interest in UX/UI design or data-rich web applications Background or interest in procurement, supply chain, or B2B SaaS Contributions to startup or 0→1 products
