District: Northern Cass School Dist 97 Northern Cass Public School District is seeking an Assistant Principal who will work with grades PK-12 and assists the Secondary Principal, Elementary Principal, and Activities Director. The successful candidate will work on an amazing team at one of the most innovative school districts in the country. The individual must be passionate about building trust and authentic relationships, with an emphasis on teaching and learning, acknowledging greatness, self-reflection and service to the Northern Cass school district. Applicants must have a valid teaching license in North Dakota and have completed a master's degree in a teaching related field.Northern Cass Public School is located in rural Cass county, N.D. serving the communities of Arthur, Argusville, Grandin, Gardner, Hunter, and surrounding areas. Current enrollment is approximately 750 learners in grades PK-12. In October 2024, Northern Cass achieved Level 5 certification as a High Reliability School by Marzano.

The successful candidate will assume responsibilities of the position on July 1, 2025. The position will be open from Tuesday, June 10th through Tuesday, June 24th (4:00 p.m.). Interviews will be conducted soon after the closing date.
