The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Rate Range: $75-$80/Hr
Job Description: Business Continuity Manager (BCM) to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our clients' business continuity and disaster recovery program. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the resilience of our data center consolidation and colocation operations, maintaining regulatory compliance (NIST, FFIEC, GLBA where applicable ), and enabling secure transitions during system failover and infrastructure migration phases. Business Continuity and/or IT Disaster Recovery Years of experience needed -
8-12 years of experience on Business Continuity and/or IT Disaster Recovery . Technical Skills:
Responsible for the hands-on management of the Business Resiliency program. Requires a proven subject matter expert with demonstrated competency in the planning, development, program execution, maintenance and testing of Enterprise Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery , and Crisis/Incident Management programs . dditional responsibilities include risk, controls and compliance management, supporting BC/DR audit and examination activities, and development & maintenance of policies, standards & procedures that are aligned with the best practices ( NIST, GLBA, FFIEC BCP handbook ). Familiarity with fundamental IT concepts, infrastructure & data center technologies is required. Experience working with data center failover designs, network segmentation and Infrastructure services Familiarity with cloud DR strategies and hybrid deployments (e.g., Azure/AWS integrations). Experience in highly regulated industries or with audit/compliance frameworks is a strong plus. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application teams to ensure DR strategy aligns with architectural design, including traffic matrices, failover routing, and network segmentation. Require communication and coordination across the organization - the Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Manager must demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Conduct BIA for assigned Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Shared Service Units (SSUs). Train Senior Business Continuity Analyst in the correct implementation of BC & DR processes, standards and impart training to ensure recoverability of business processes and supporting services across SBUs and SSUs. Support review and maintenance of business continuity policy, standards and processes. Support internal reporting and tracking of business continuity related issues and remediation activities. Support assigned oversight areas with the creation, maintenance and testing of their various business continuity plans. Support the identification of Business Continuity related risks (internal / external), the assessment of their likelihood, as well as potential impacts and risk mitigation plans. Proactively identify and implement BCP program and process improvements. Provide ongoing SME guidance and assistance to SBUs and SSUs on business continuity matter. Education qualification:

Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills Certifications Needed:
Relevant Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Risk or Audit certifications preferred. (One or more certifications MBCP, CBCP, ABCP, ISO 22301 Implementer, CRISC, CISA).
