conversion salary : $130-$160k Summary: Seeking a Sr. Scrum Master to lead up to 2-3 Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement using SAFe practices. This role will coach teams on Agile principles, enhance team collaboration, and support delivery of business value. Responsibilities: Guide Agile teams in applying Scrum and SAFe principles Facilitate standard Agile ceremonies and team collaboration Identify and resolve impediments, coordinating across teams when needed Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and coaching Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization Drive team estimating, forecasting, and reporting Promote transparency with stakeholders and leadership Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 6+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments First-level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I); SAFe Practitioner preferred Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences experience with agile methodologies (kanban) background in project management & IT/software development Banking industry experience Preferred: Advanced Scrum certification (PSM II, CSP, SAFe ASM) Familiarity with Agile tools, CI/CD practices, and automated testing Key Skills: Strong leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills Expertise in Agile coaching, servant leadership, and team empowerment Proficiency in driving transparency, collaboration, and team performance
