Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to maintain timelines and budgets. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the project team.
