We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our traveling Heavy Highway team. This position requires

regular travel to multiple Department of Transportation (DOT) project sites , ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will perform duties as needed needed to support project completion.

Responsibilities

Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices Other duties as assigned Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to travel is required Experience in construction or related industry required Experience operating heavy equipment is strongly preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions Basic math and measurement skills Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
