to find a
Supply Planner
who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, drive impactful supply chain initiatives, and contribute to a company that's redefining beauty. The role is
hybrid , with in-office days on
Monday and Tuesday , plus occasional additional days for key meetings.

Develop and manage a
52-week rolling supply plan
to support multi-channel and marketing inventory needs. Monitor inventory levels, mitigate risks, and optimize stock levels. Own
NetSuite and MRP
transactions, including new SKU setups and vendor communications. Collaborate with purchasing, finance, and operations teams to streamline supply chain processes. Support
S&OP initiatives , lost sales reporting, and stock level forecasting. What We're Looking For:
3 years
of supply planning experience in
CPG, beauty, or a related industry . NetSuite and MRP expertise required ; advanced Excel skills preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a
team-first mentality . Experience with
global supply chain expansion

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
