Summary This role oversees and maintains key student service systems, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and compliance across various ERP platforms and modules. This position will develop, update, and maintain system procedures while training staff on proper system usage and process changes. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams across campus to map processes and identify areas for operational improvements, ensuring the continuous enhancement of business functions.

Essential Functions

Oversee and maintain key administrative systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates across various modules. Develop, update, and maintain system procedures; train staff on system usage and process updates. Stay informed about relevant regulatory changes and ensure systems are configured to comply with new requirements. Answer user inquiries, resolve system issues, test system upgrades, and evaluate processes for efficiency improvements. Resolve financial discrepancies, design and analyze queries, and support departments with data analysis and reporting needs. Provide troubleshooting support for system errors and data issues; offer guidance and training to departments on related systems. Participate in the selection, testing, and implementation of new systems or tools; assist with related reporting and analysis. Collaborate with teams to map processes and identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency. Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications

The following Degree is required:

Bachelor's Degree. Degree must be conferred at time of application. The following Degree is preferred:

Computer Science or Management Information Systems or related field is preferred The following Experience is required:

1 year of experience with enterprise resource platforms (ERP's)

2 years of experience as a GA or student experience is equal to 1 year of professional experience

The following Experience is preferred:

IT systems or complex software

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Technical Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and propose effective solutions to technical challenges in financial systems. System Integration: Understanding of how financial systems integrate with other enterprise systems. Process Automation: Experience in automating financial processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Business Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Training and Support: Ability to train and support staff on new systems and technologies, ensuring successful adoption and usage. Report Management: Proficient in collecting and analyzing data from various systems and generating clear, insightful reports.
