Program Manager
to lead strategic GEOINT Enterprise initiatives supporting FVEY alliances and global partnerships. This pivotal role combines leadership, vision-setting, and coordination to align multi-national efforts, ensuring seamless integration of secure, interoperable GEOINT capabilities across diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Develop and drive a strategic vision for
Allied Systems Integration,
ensuring alignment with international GEOINT goals and priorities. Coordinate activities across SMEs from FVEY nations, fostering collaboration and resolving cross-functional challenges. Build and maintain strategic roadmaps, integrating input from NGA, NSG, ASG, and international partners. Ensure adherence to international frameworks such as
JARM ,
FEA , and
DoDAF , aligning architecture efforts with mission goals. Serve as the primary interface for senior NGA and international leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment in all initiatives. Required Qualifications
Experience:
15+ years in program management or enterprise architecture, with a focus on GEOINT or defense collaborations. Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi-national teams, particularly in the FVEY context.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated success in driving vision and managing cross-disciplinary teams. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a relevant field preferred. Preferred Skills
Familiarity with GEOINT systems and international standards (e.g.,
DoDAF ,
JARM ). Experience with cloud architecture principles and high-level systems integration. Understanding of geospatial data systems and international systems evaluation.
