We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

IT Project Manager

to join our Enterprise IT team. This role is responsible for managing and delivering multiple complex IT and enterprise application projects across a diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of various project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), and a track record of successfully leading projects with budgets exceeding $1 million from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT and enterprise application projects through the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure). Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project sponsors, technical teams, and business users to ensure clear understanding of project goals, scope, and expectations. Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and ensure proper escalation and resolution. Monitor project performance to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and project updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Ensure projects adhere to the delivery standards, governance, audit controls, and methodologies. Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Provide guidance and mentorship to project coordinators. Minimum Education

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience

managing IT and enterprise application projects with budgets of

$1 million or more . Proven track record of leading end-to-end delivery of multiple complex projects. Expertise in

Waterfall ,

Agile , and

Hybrid

project management methodologies. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are preferred. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 , or other

ERP

implementations. Experience with

HRIS

systems and implementations. Familiarity with IT governance, audit controls, change management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices. License Required
