Job Summary:
Supervises daily activities for the Laboratory Services Specialist (LSS) team; oversees the work of the LSS Team making certain all areas under his/her responsibility are covered and all policies and procedures are adhered to.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical lab setting. Demonstrated upward progression in Phlebotomy or Clinical Lab setting is required. Previous leadership experience is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Laboratory Science or related field is preferred.
