Hotel Front Desk Agent - PM $17/hr We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct • Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests • Field customer complaints when necessary • Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information • Provide superior customer service through every guest encounter • Always be smiling, helpful, and have a positive, can-do attitude Qualifications: • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • Have superb communication skills and multitasking skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • 32-40 hours per week position, and must be able to work any nights and weekends • Typical schedule is 3 pm-11 pm. There may also be some 7 am-3 pm shifts • Opportunity for a 40-hour 4-day work week after 90 days Compensation: $17 hourly + yearly bonuses
