Licensed Clinical Social Worker
treats patients by utilizing a variety of modalities as a member of the multidisciplinary clinical treatment team. Also provides psychological/social interventions that support patients and families relating to behavioral health, levels of care, hospitalization, disease and illness and wellness and recovery. This role will be based in Paramus, NJ and you will provide services to Clifton patients either remotely or in Paramus. You will support all patients with neurological diagnoses as seen by providers.
