Position Summary: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project task orders within the Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) program, ensuring delivery of high-quality services that consistently exceed expectations. Oversee all aspects of team management including Customer Engagement, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Finance, Inventory, Assessment Support, System Administration, and Procurement/Purchasing. Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the CSSP, as well as in cybersecurity tools, technologies, and policies. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success and continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all project task orders, ensuring the delivery of services is of the highest quality and consistently exceeds expectations

Oversee all aspects of team management, including Customer Engagement, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Finance, Inventory, Assessment Support, System Administration, and Procurement/Purchasing

Provide daily supervision and clear direction to personnel across all functional areas, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success and continuity

Continuously analyze and propose enhancements to customer support and the delivery of CSSP services

Implement policy, best practices, and innovative technology to track progress of services and development of capabilities

Develop resource plans that include costing for software/hardware purchase, maintenance, new and existing capabilities, and consulting services

Establish, implement, and maintain a Risk Management Plan and a Quality Management Plan

Provide program status updates and briefings to internal management and senior leadership

Skills:

Subject matter expertise in CSSP programs

Knowledge of cybersecurity tools, technologies, and policies across commercial and government sectors

Strong leadership and personnel management capabilities

Process improvement and strategic information planning expertise

Risk assessment and mitigation experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Salesforce, Microsoft Office (especially Project), and the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk)

Project management expertise, including EVM for programs exceeding $100 Million annually

Required Experience:

Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity program management

Experience overseeing multiple functional areas in cybersecurity operations

Proven track record of team leadership and personnel development

Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) for large programs

Experience developing and maintaining documentation libraries

Experience with budget management and financial planning

Experience:

8+ years of cybersecurity program management experience

Prior experience with DoD CSSP programs

Background in process improvement implementation

Experience with cybersecurity compliance frameworks (NIST, RMF, etc.)

Experience with Change Control Board (CCB) procedures

Experience developing and maintaining formal agreements between organizations

Experience with DoD budgeting and financial management processes

Ideal candidate would be coming from:

US Cyber Command

DISA

NSA Cybersecurity Directorate

Army Cyber Command

Existing DoD CSSP program

Major defense contractors with CSSP support experience (Booz Allen Hamilton, CACI, Leidos, etc.)
