Assistant Project Manager

OneSparQ is looking for Assistant Project Manager for a growing construction company in Nashville, TN. Required Skills: 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or Field Engineer in the construction industry. Proficient in construction management platforms, including Procore, Bluebeam, Smart PM, or Oracle. Demonstrated hands-on experience working on Multifamily and Hospitality construction projects. Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day management and documentation of construction projects, ensuring adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Manage material procurement processes, including coordination with vendors and tracking deliveries to meet project schedules. Support change management by documenting, tracking, and communicating project changes in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate closely with Superintendents and on-site field teams to facilitate project execution and ensure operational needs are met. Contribute to the successful delivery of multifamily, commercial, and hospitality construction projects by supporting all phases from pre-construction through closeout.
