What you will do: Builds Rooftop HVAC units by assembling various complex component parts Required to perform a variety of assembly operations, moving within the area to meet production needs, performing tasks including buildup, electrical assembly, interior/exterior component fit-up, and final assembly Uses a computer for assembly drawings Performs a quality check on the unit before it leaves the assembly station. Performs 5S procedures Takes part in the training process for all new team members Provides input regarding the performance of new team members Participates with other team members on safety, process and quality improvement teams Works with team members, supervisors and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: Ability to operate hand tools Ability to read and understand written English
Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Previous manufacturing experience
