Property Manager

Sage Ventures is a full-service vertically integrated residential development and investment firm. As a collaboratively run corporation, we develop, own, rehabilitate, sell, and manage exceptional properties throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington region.

​ Position Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing site employees, daily operations, and increasing the overall value of the asset. This includes timely implementation of policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

Employee Management of Assistant Manager, Leasing, and Maintenance Teams

Hold staff accountable for all responsibilities Hire and develop team Create schedules Conduct performance evaluations Implement realistic and attainable goals Lead and motivate team to ensure goals are achieved

Creation and oversight of budget Timely reporting and communication with Regional Manager Oversight of all third-party inspections Oversight of renovation projects Other duties as necessary in-order-to maintain the property and to meet resident needs. Serve as backup for any roles at the property, as needed

Requirements:

Minimum two years of property management experience required Experience with leasing Experience managing a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills Strong leadership skills Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office, YARDI or other property management software

Benefits: We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including: Salary Range: $75,000 - 85,000
