Front Desk Supervisor

Starting Pay: $21.00/hour

Must have Open Availability including Weekends and Holidays

We're seeking a

Front Desk Supervisor

who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for hospitality. You'll be the face of our hotel, creating memorable experiences for our guests and guiding our front desk team to deliver outstanding service.

What You'll Do:

Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism

Ensure accurate guest information, special requests, and VIP accommodations

Supervise and support front desk agents during shifts

Train new team members to deliver top-tier service

Resolve guest concerns with empathy and effective solutions

Collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations

Share local knowledge to enhance the guest experience

What We're Looking For:

Previous hotel front desk experience is

required

Supervisory experience or training is

preferred

Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn hotel systems

Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

A genuine desire to make a positive impact on guests and team members
