We are seeking a dedicated technician to join our team for a Weekend Shift full time position from Friday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm.

This position is a direct hire opportunity and requires experience in soldering wires, which is essential for consideration.

Able to read and interpret blueprints and written work instructions Ability to calculate basic shop math Proficient in computer usage At least two or more years of manufacturing experience, including assembly Preferred Qualifications

Post-secondary education in electronics technology Soldering experience Responsibilities

In this role, you will accurately and efficiently assemble and test products to meet customer quality and on-time delivery schedules. You may perform lock wiring, first-stage subassembly, and final detailing functions on routine assignments requiring limited judgment. You will actively contribute to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs, under direct supervisory guidance.

Perform basic assembly and test functions using mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment. Record test results on data forms using basic electrical equipment and flow meters. Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives. Produce and inspect assemblies that conform to product specifications, assembling and testing to customer and/or industry standards. Perform touch-up or full surface painting of parts with finishing materials such as paint, lacquer, and glaze. Mix paint and clean parts. Actively participate in lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions on areas for improvement. Observe all safety rules and maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area. Ensure all equipment is calibrated in accordance with the calibration schedule.
