Job Title: Siemens OpCenter MOM Consultant

Type: Long-Term Contact Position
Role Description: Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on the Siemens OpCenter MOM platform. Techno-Functional Analysis and impact assessment of change and new requirements, provide efficient and optimum solution to complex business problems Ability to provide product and technical guidance on OpCenter applications to team members. Development in OpCenter Discrete modules is a must! Not interchangeable with other OpCenter programs/modules Translate the solution requirement and work with development team to build. Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request, Change Management . Managing periodic governance and reporting. Team Management, Customer management, knowledge management. Coordination with manufacturing site, contextualize shop floor operations, understand & support customers' manufacturing & business processes. SLA and KPI management, ensuring uptime and application availability. Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities. Coordination & contribution with MES COE, Interfacing application teams, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives. Closely coordinate and work with product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, implementations etc.
