Description
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst evaluates business processes and transforms them into high-performing automation, emphasizing efficiency and sustainability.
As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst, your responsibilities will include: Utilize industry-leading RPA platform such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. to build and deploy efficient and scalable RPA solutions. Work collaboratively with internal teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to capture all business requirements and then translate those requirements into technical designs and solutions. Integrate bot builds into business workflow by partnering with operation teams. Communicate with and present bot demos to business subject matter experts to support successful delivery. Problem-solve issues that arise in the day-to-day running/building of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required. Participate in training to enhance skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices. The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst position is well suited for you if you:
Have a strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation. Communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting/analytical skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Some knowledge of programming (.NET, Java, C#, ETL etc.), SQL. What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. One year of experience in RPA tools and automation platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc. WORKING AT SSP
