Assembly Level 3 IPC
Shift: 2nd, (1pm-9pm)
Pay: $20-$24/hr (Based on experience) Our client is seeking a skilled Assembly Level 3 - IPC professional to join our team. This position involves advanced-level electronic assembly work adhering to IPC Class 3 workmanship standards, which are required for high-reliability products in industries such as medical, automotive, and aerospace. Job Description:
Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation Perform high-reliability soldering, crimping, and wire preparation Use hand and power tools to assemble components per quality standards Conduct in-process inspections and documentation of Class 3 assemblies Perform kitting, bagging, and packaging of products for shipment Troubleshoot and support other team members with assembly questions Set up jobs and maintain production paperwork Ensure work areas remain clean and organized, following safety protocols May assist in spot-checking others' work for quality assurance Required Skills & Experience:
1-2 years of experience in electronic assembly or a related field Familiarity with IPC standards (Class 3 preferred); certification a plus Advanced soldering and crimping skills Experience reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and specifications Basic math and ruler measurement skills Proficient in identifying various wire types and using crimping machines Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and time management skills
