Role Overview:
\n Client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional IT initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and business goals are met. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to support strategic technology solutions. \n
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple IT projects from planning through execution
\n
Coordinate with business leaders on IT portfolio management and project scoping
\n
Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track deliverables and risks
\n
Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
\n
Drive process improvement and customer satisfaction through innovative solutions
\n
\n
Must-Haves:
\n
\n
7 years of IT project management experience
\n
Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
\n
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
\n
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
\n
Willingness to travel up to 10%
\n
\n
Nice-to-Haves:

PMP Certification
\n
Master's degree in Business or Management

Familiarity with Salesforce or the tower/real estate industry
