Contractor Program Manager (CPM) - The CPM is required to have no less than seven years' experience working with fellowship programs, five years' experience working with DoD organizations, and bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline. Salary between $105K to $120K based on qualifications

Proven experience in program or project management with a strong understanding of time management principles.
Strong skills in requirements management, cost control, change management, vendor management, and project scheduling.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
