Project Manager / Estimator

to join our team. This hybrid role involves estimating project costs and managing awarded contracts from inception through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Estimator Responsibilities Perform digital takeoffs using

Bluebeam Analyze bid documents (drawings, specifications, scope sheets) Create takeoff reports, detailed estimates, and formal bid proposals Communicate with vendors/suppliers to gather material pricing Follow up with clients on submitted bids Project Manager Responsibilities Review and interpret contract scopes Coordinate and submit project submittals in collaboration with general contractors Manage material procurement and track orders Maintain organized job folders and submittal packages for field teams Serve as liaison between general contractors and internal office/field staff Oversee monthly billing and lien waiver submissions Manage project closeout, including punch list resolution and final invoicing Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:
