It is a vital role for the agency, as it involves both the effective servicing of existing policies and households as well as recognition of cross selling opportunities.

Insurance Customer Service Representative Requirements Property and casualty license strongly preferred Minimum one-year insurance or financial services customer service/ sales experience

preferred A genuine care and concern for people and their insurance needs The ability to multi-task while utilizing a tech-savvy approach to sales and service The ability to work within a team concept in a fun, fast-paced office environment Must be able to persevere through difficult client interactions Insurance Customer Service Representative Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Customer service duties via phone and email Renewals/Requoting/Processing new business quotes Servicing of existing customers/households including billing Engaging in proactive policy retention strategies Quoting and preparation of insurance proposals Remarketing and cross selling of current clients Assisting the agent with various research and follow-up tasks Insurance Customer Service Representative Benefits
