Pay Range: $24.24-26.93

Essential Functions:

Taste the product and check the temperature to verify that our quality standards are met Inspect finished product as often as needed to ensure it is packaged according to our specifications (Date, weight, product, temperature, and taste) If malfunctions take place and quality standards or specifications are not met, notify your supervisor immediately Replenish packaging supplies as needed (Paper and ink, etc.) Place boxes of cartons on conveyor and place on fillers Make adjustments as needed to your run to ensure a smooth run and treat the cooler as your customer Communicate with other filler operators and the pasteurizer Rinse and disassemble filler every night and then hook it up for CIP (clean in place) Conveyors, casers, drip pans, and stackers will be cleaned each day after production Post filler production into computer system Follow sanitation procedures for filler washes Prep and wash Pasteurized silos. Clean case conveyor system. Clean parts in COP tank. Pull wash samples, and sanitizer samples as needed Clean and sanitize all tools, pumps, and pipes that were used during production Assist paper filler operators daily to ensure that the fillers are as productive as possible Prep, wash and sanitize silos Operate, wash, and reassemble all fillers Follow CIP (clean in place) process for the case washer Make bails of cardboard and plastic Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Ability to work at a brisk pace High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Ability to work flexible schedules including shift work, weekends, and holidays Good written and oral communication skills Good math skills Ability to work under pressure Must be responsible and reliable Must be able to multitask Must be able to quickly adjust schedule based on current conditions.
