Job Summary:
This role involves being a crucial part of the RA/QA data analytics team, focusing on transforming data into actionable insights specifically for Post Market teams in the medical device domain. The ideal candidate will employ their technical skills to gather, clarify, and convert business data needs into comprehensive reports and analytics, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and usability across various platforms. The position requires active collaboration with multiple teams to support data needs, develop meaningful metrics, and refine reporting mechanisms for optimal business support.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Post Market teams to fulfill data requirements. Convert non-technical data requirements into metrics, reports, and visualization dashboards. Document business requirements for new metrics and reports alongside business teams. Perform deep dives into data sets to provide insights on product quality. Develop, monitor, and refine visual data analysis and reports for consistency and accuracy.
Must-Have Skills:
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau. Solid experience in data analytics within a business context. Strong programming skills for data exploration and presentation.
Industry Experience Required:
Medical device post market experience is highly preferred.
