Job Description
Assist the Project Manager with daily project operations Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and change orders Coordinate subcontractors and track site progress Help maintain project schedules and budget reporting Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication Support material procurement and subcontractor buyout Ensure punch list and closeout activities are completed on time MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
3+ years of experience as an APM with a general contractor Multifamily experience is highly preferred Proficient in Procore and Bluebeam Strong organizational and communication skills Adaptable, with a proactive approach to solving problems and learning What's on Offer
