Receptionist

Road Ranger, a multi-state Travel Center company, is seeking an extroverted and customer service minded receptionist at its Schaumburg headquarters! Position Summary: The Receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Primarily responsible for answering and redirecting incoming calls, providing general customer service, mail and package receiving and sorting, visitor reception, and office supply ordering. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls Provide general customer service to the Company's customers, including Rewards program administration Receive and sort office mail and packages Receive office visitors Order office supplies Serve as liaison with building management Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year prior experience in customer service or office administration Some experience using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Other Qualifications: Highly professional and ethical with strong morals and integrity Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, or electronically Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure prioritize and handle multiple competing tasks and demands simultaneously Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions under pressure Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other staff members to accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization Benefits: We offer our employees a wide variety of competitive benefits to support their health and wealth, such as: Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Weekly Pay 401(k) with up to 4% company match Paid Vacation, Sick, and Holidays Paid Parental Leave Employee Assistance Program Accident, Critical Illness, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurances Pay Range:
