Project Manager - Construction Observation & Testing

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with Construction Observation & Testing (COT) experience. This role involves scheduling, coordinating, and reviewing the activities and reports of all COT field personnel. You will also collaborate with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 (Based on relevant experience and education)
Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in construction observation and materials testing
At least 3 years in a Project Manager role Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus
Candidates without a degree must have 10+ years of relevant experience
Experience with final report preparation and field/laboratory testing of:
Soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and structural steel
Certifications preferred: NICET, WACEL, ICC, and/or ACI Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proven project coordination ability Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to a personal vehicle Benefits:
