$18-$20 per hour/ depending on experience

About the position: This position requires a positive attitude and a willingness to serve customers by providing product and service information. This position requires making outbound calls and taking inbound calls, in which you will be setting up new customer accounts, scheduling service visits, and answering questions. It will be up to the customer service representative to maintain or update customer records as needed. Providing accurate notes and details for our service technicians will be a very important part of providing the proper service for the customer.

As industry leaders we strive to achieve a high level of customer service as well as professionalism. In this position, you will at times be covering for the dispatcher and working with our technicians. You may also be asked to perform other necessary office duties at times as well. With fireplace and dryer vent cleaning and repairs, there can be a lot of different scenarios. Therefore, there will be a 2-4 week training period.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers as needed Maintain and update customer records in our system Provide clear and detailed notes for service technicians Assist with dispatching when needed Support office administration tasks (filing, document prep, email correspondence, etc.) Help resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and accuracy Work collaboratively with technicians and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

Skills and Experience:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) High school diploma or GED required Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Professional and positive attitude Must pass background and drug screening
