Our client, a rapidly growing homecare company, is currently seeking an organized professional Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to be the welcoming face of the organization while also supporting key administrative functions. Responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, assisting with staff payroll, and coordinating scheduling to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages. Manage and maintain the front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment. Assist with staff scheduling and update calendars as needed. Support payroll processes for staff. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain organized records and files (digital and physical). Provide general administrative support to office staff and management. Monitor office supplies and coordinate reorders. Communicate effectively with field staff to relay schedule changes or updates. Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in customer service and payroll. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of scheduling/payroll software is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion. Prior experience in healthcare or homecare settings is a strong advantage.
