Description:

The business analyst will work with the customers in the development of user stories. This individual has the greatest knowledge of how the customer assesses value. The business analyst will take on the validation of business value for the project sprints and often lead sprint review demonstrations. They will also participate in exploratory testing to verify all other parts of the application still function as designed. When the customers are doing UAT or other pre-release testing, business analysts will provide support and knowledge to the customers. If training is required for a new feature or data load, the business analyst will develop and execute the training. The business analyst works closely with the FDIC project manager and product owner to prioritize work and is responsible for answering any questions from the development team to help clarify any details as they are developing the feature or data load.

Qualifications:

2+ years of overall software related technical analysis experience. 2+ years of experience with agile work item management and agile based requirement methods. Certification(s) in Business Analysis preferred. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated experience presenting and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels from team member to executives. Strong management and organizational skills. Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments. Ability to handle multiple projects and work-streams simultaneously. Two or more years of experience in a Business Analyst role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range:

$110,000-135,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
